These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Artisian Archive website ("Platform") and all courses available for purchase on it. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Artisian Archive

Artisian Archive is an online course platform based in India. All courses available on the Platform are created and delivered by our own team. By purchasing a course, you enter into an agreement directly with Artisian Archive.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or purchase a course on the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are registering on behalf of a minor with parental or guardian consent, you accept these Terms on their behalf and are fully responsible for their use of the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To purchase or access courses, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your name, email address, and phone number.
Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any other person.
Notify us immediately at contact@artisanarchive.in if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we believe is being misused or is in breach of these Terms.

4. Course Access

Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and view the purchased course content solely for your own educational purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

Download, copy, screen-record, or reproduce any course content in any form.
Share your account or course access with any other person.
Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any course content.
Use course content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, course access is provided on a lifetime basis, subject to the continued operation of the Platform.

5. Payments

All course prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service, available at razorpay.com/terms.

We do not store your payment card, net banking, or UPI details. All payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay.
Your course access is activated only after your payment is confirmed successfully.
We reserve the right to update course pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

6. No Refund Policy

All course purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a course has been purchased and access has been granted, regardless of whether you have started or completed the course content.

We strongly encourage you to review all course details, including the curriculum and any available preview content, before completing your purchase.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a course you have paid for, please contact us at contact@artisanarchive.in and we will work to resolve it promptly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including course videos, written materials, graphics, logos, and the overall design — is owned exclusively by Artisian Archive and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. Purchasing a course grants you only a personal licence to view the content; no ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of our content may result in civil or criminal action under applicable law.

8. Reviews and Ratings

You may submit a review or rating for any course you have purchased. By doing so, you:

Confirm that the review is honest, accurate, and reflects your genuine experience of the course.
Grant Artisian Archive a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your review on the Platform.
Agree not to post content that is defamatory, offensive, misleading, or in violation of any applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove any review that we consider to be in violation of these guidelines, without prior notice.

9. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Platform, you must not:

Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its servers, or any other user's account.
Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's normal operation.
Systematically extract or scrape data from the Platform without our prior written consent.
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any entity.

We may suspend or permanently terminate access for any user found to be in violation of these obligations.

10. Platform Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any feature at any time. Where changes materially affect access to purchased courses, we will notify you by email in advance.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all courses are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any course content. Educational outcomes depend on individual effort and application, and we do not guarantee any specific results from completing a course.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Artisian Archive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any course purchased through it, including but not limited to loss of data, earnings, or opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to that claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artisian Archive and its team from and against any claims, losses, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or any content you submit on the Platform.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We will notify you by email of any material changes. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in India. For matters not subject to arbitration, the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
